What The UHNWI does
The UHNWI provides information, request intake and introductions to relevant professional service providers. It does not itself manage investments, execute trades, hold client funds or provide regulated financial, legal, tax or immigration advice through this website.
A request and an introduction
Submitting a request asks us to review the brief and contact you. It does not create a professional advisory engagement, reserve an appointment or guarantee that a provider can accept your case. We explain a proposed introduction and seek your approval before sharing your details with that specialist. If you act on behalf of someone, provide only information you are authorised to share.
Referral fees and provider engagements
The UHNWI may receive a referral fee from a provider if a referred engagement completes, under an agreement with that provider. Compensation can create a commercial interest in an introduction. Ask us about that interest and the basis of a proposed match. Provider scope, qualifications, fees, terms and responsibilities must be confirmed directly before you engage them. No investment return, approval outcome or completion date is guaranteed.
Information and tools
Articles, jurisdiction references, comparisons and preparation tools are general information. They cannot account for all personal circumstances, laws, exceptions or subsequent changes. Source dates and limitations matter. Obtain appropriate professional advice before acting. A lower reference tax rate does not establish your tax residence or liability, and a quiz is not an investment suitability assessment.
Using the website
Use the site and contact forms for legitimate enquiries. Do not submit another person's private information without permission, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Please do not upload identity documents, banking credentials or account information through the initial forms.
Content and links
Website branding and original content belong to their respective owners. You may link to pages and share a brief for personal or internal decision-making. External websites and independent providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
