CLARITY BEFORE CONTACT
How introductions work
The UHNWI is an introduction and coordination desk. Independent professional partners deliver the specialist services. We may receive a referral commission from a partner after a completed transaction. You can ask about the commercial arrangement before an introduction.
What happens next
- 01
Describe the brief
Tell us the destination, the decision and your timeframe. Representatives can use their own contact details.
- 02
Discuss the right introduction
We clarify the scope and discuss a relevant specialist. Availability, experience and fees are confirmed for your brief.
- 03
Choose whether to proceed
We seek your approval before sharing your brief with a proposed partner. Their terms and professional advice come directly from them.
The desk and the specialist have different roles
We clarify your requirements, coordinate an introduction and follow up. The partner provides professional advice and delivers the service under their engagement with you. The desk does not manage your investments, execute trades or grant government approvals.
How we discuss a suitable partner
We start with the jurisdiction, scope, relevant experience, availability and working language. We discuss scope and fees with you and seek confirmation of licensing or registration where the service requires it. A partner network does not mean every situation is covered or the entire market has been compared.
How we are compensated
A partner may pay us a referral commission after a completed transaction under our agreement with them. Arrangements vary by service and partner. You can ask about the commercial arrangement before an introduction and review the provider’s own fees, costs and terms before engaging.
Approval before a partner introduction
Your request goes to the desk for review. Before sharing a brief with a proposed partner, we seek your approval for the introduction and the information needed. Representatives can start researching without naming the principal or disclosing an exact net-worth figure.
Our editorial approach
Guides are general editorial information with identified sources. An update date does not mean a professional has reviewed your circumstances. We do not attribute a review to a lawyer, tax adviser or Sharia specialist without identifying a real reviewer. Changing requirements should be confirmed with the authority or specialist before execution.
Response and next steps
We aim to respond initially within two business days. Eligibility or a proposal can require further information. We will clarify what is needed next; sending a request does not create a specialist engagement or guarantee acceptance or an outcome.
