This page explains how The UHNWI website handles requests and information. Contact: info@the-uhnwi.com.

Analytics choice

Optional analytics are off.

What a request contains

When you press Send request, we collect your contact details, the brief and preferences you choose to provide, and your request-notice confirmation. Representatives can use their own contact details without naming their principal. Please do not submit identity documents, account numbers or financial records through these forms.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review the request, contact you, identify a potentially suitable specialist and coordinate an introduction you approve. The initial request permits review and contact; it is not permission to distribute your information to a list of providers. A provider may pay The UHNWI a referral fee if an engagement completes. We explain a proposed introduction before sharing your details with that specialist.

Website and workflow providers

The website uses Supabase for form storage and server functions. Submitted requests may pass through Make to operate our internal intake workflow. These service providers process information to run the website and handle requests. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service also processes your communication under its own terms.

Analytics and referral context

Optional Google Tag Manager analytics load only after you allow them. Our application sends page and button activity and successful-request events; it does not send form contact details, wealth ranges or religious preferences to analytics. We keep minimal entry-page and referral context in memory and include it with a request you choose to send, so we can understand which pages lead to useful enquiries. Optional campaign context may be saved for the browser session after analytics consent. Declining analytics does not prevent a request.

Access and confidentiality

Lead records are handled through server-controlled access rather than public database reads. Information is intended for the people handling your request and an approved specialist introduction. Confidentiality is not an absolute guarantee against every risk or a restriction on disclosures required by applicable law.

International processing and retention

Website and workflow providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for details relevant to your request. Records may be needed while a request, introduction or engagement is active and for related accounting, dispute or legal obligations. You can ask us to review continued retention or request deletion. We do not promise an automatic deletion date that would ignore those obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about your information, request correction or deletion, object to further contact, or withdraw a permission by emailing info@the-uhnwi.com. We will explain any information needed to verify and handle the request and any applicable retention requirement. You can also raise a concern with an appropriate data protection authority where applicable.

Tools and decisions

Comparison tools and preparation quizzes provide general information. A quiz summary is not an investment suitability decision or professional recommendation. A specialist must assess your individual circumstances under a separate engagement.
